I've been there for 2-1/2 years, and I love my account. I know that many accounts are much more difficult, with specifics to give you nightmares and an overdose of difficult doctors dictating, and I've been on a few now as secondaries. I personally have no problem with my supervisor, the pay, or the policies, and find that the pay scale there is generally higher than that at comparable companies. Like any MTSO job, it will depend on the account you are put on how much you like working there.
