Our job is to know TERMINOLOGY.  If you want to spend hours looking up doctors names and stuff you aren't paid for, fine with me, go ahead.  I am not an incompetent MT but I once got a chewing out from a TT Q.A. person because I sent a report with 4 blanks with an impossible dictator (and a 3 blank account), in spite of the fact I seldom ever sent reports to Q.A.  She informed me that she was able to fill in ALL the blanks by looking at old reports.  I had something to say about that and her answer was to admit that it took so long she got kicked out of the system. Yet in all the times when I would send a note to Q.A. asking for a new drug spelling or whatever there was only ever 1 of the Q.A. people who would reply.  The rest of the time.....my request was IGNORED as was everything else.  So just what is the job of Q.A. to make the MTs feel like they are just typing monkeys???  I think probably so.  TT used to be the greatest but something sure happened a couple years or so ago.  No longer tolerable for me.
