Oh yes. As soon as the merge was complete, the American office staff started to disappear. When you could find a number to call somebody about a question, you would get a person in the Phillippines just answer their home phone and say hello. They are not that heavily tied to India, it's the Phillippines and they are expanding into Viet Nam.
