PLEASE HELP ME! I NEED TO KNOW...

I really need to know TODAY which company to work for. I just want to work part time, do not want to work for a company with any overseas connections, would prefer to use my own equipment, and would prefer hospital dictation. I have received offers from several mentioned here, but especially need to know the good, the bad and the ugly about these in particular:  PROBITY, ETRANSPLUS, TRANSCEND, OSI,  AND TERRA NOVA TRANS. Thanks for any and all comments, and I am so serious!! I have to tell somebody something tomorrow for sure and have never worked for any of these companies before. My last work at home employer was a local hospital. You are free to e-mail me privately if that would be better. The more comments, the better.
