My only crime apparently was in asking why are the blanks still blank and why did you add this or that when I know it was not dictated.  I've been doing this for over 15 years and I've just never run across this QA method. 

You might try changing the way you log in.  I believe it should be ALL caps.  That could be the problem with logging in.  Can't help with the rest, don't know why they wouldn't be returning calls.
