I sincerely doubt MDI would allow anyone to work whenever they want, cherry pick and leave the garbage reports behind, especially in radiology. Actually, I can state that with certainty as I used to work for MDI and I know their policy.

Sounds like a case of sour grapes to me; someone who was probably booted from an account due to poor performance and high error rate.

If you want to mud sling, state your name, why remain anonymous? Oh, and if you are so miserable, MOVE ON!

Of course you are happy when you are allowed to work whenever you want, cherry pick, and leave whatever you want for other MT's to clean up. Eventually hopefully someone will be SMART enough to catch up to you and dont't think several MT's are not already on to you and your terrible work habits.

Has anyone out there ever worked on an account w/ Rhonda??? Just curious...because I have, and let me tell you, it was no picnic...if she doesn't understand the dictator, she doesn't transcribe his reports (just skips them); or, if they are too long, she just doesn't type them at all (skips as well)...I'ventricular ectopy known her as Skippin' Rhonda...

No Rhonda, I am sorry my response was not to you, it just fell under your message, my response is to the MTs that have such negative things to say and are too ashamed of themselves to post their name. No job is perfect and if not happy move on, life is too short to be so unhappy. But honestly you are giving a great company a bad rap. Anyone who wants to know the truth about Cardioscribes good or bad please feel free to contact me. I will tell you the truth and not afraid to tell you who I am. Cardioscribes has some problems, all companies do, but if you let them know, they care enough about the MTs to fix it and want us happy. I appreciate that and there is not too many companies that can be said about. So, if anyone is upset because they are paid in seven days after the 31st and 15th, this may not be the place for you to work, which is okay I am sure not one person at Cardioscribes would be anything other than kind and wish you the best. So, again I just have to ask you, the un-named MT, what is wrong??

Those are pretty strong accusations and I really do not know anyone else that works for MDI-FL, much less their work habits. How do you know when someone is skipping jobs and how is that possible?
