I have said this before.  I have worked for TS for almost 3 years now and do not find their QA to be horrible.  They do NOT deduct from your pay for below 97% scores.  You just don't get the QA incentive.  Yes, they do deduct for commas, punctuation, etc., but in 3 years I have only had to challenge 1 QA deduction.  Currently, they have revamped their QA process and now generally do not deduct for minor things such as commas, etc. (although I firmly believe they should).  I believe that proper punctuation is our responsiblity.  I have found TS to be a great employer; however, others may feel differently.  If anyone has any questions, please feel free to email me.
