I am an employee of Transcend, been on here before letting you know that I find Transcend a pretty good place to work. Do I like the offshoring, no I don't but I've worked for worse companies in the past, low pay, slow pay, no pay and I will not worry about that anymore by going someplace else just because they don't offshore. I find the people at Transcend to be exceedingly helpful (I'm sure there are TLs that are not and really don't care about their MLSs but I've never run into them) As I've said before try working there before you bash them. It really is ridiculous everybody getting all freaked out before you know what is going to happen. You are more than willing to listen to the naysayers but the people who say good things much be suits or plants. How childish. Those of you who will not work due to the offshoring I completely understand that. I was one too until I had too many weeks with an American MT only company who did not pay. Can't take that chance with my family's well being.
