I found the VR system at Transcend to be not very user friendly. I was working on EditScript and there was never enough work and then they sent all those accounts using EditScrip to MDI in Florida and put the other accounts on their own VR software called Beyond Text. After using EditScript, this Beyond Text program was by far inferior. If I were you, stay with MQ or find another company. I ended up leaving Transcend after a short time. JMO Good Luck!!!
