I'm finishing my bachelor's in HIT.  I don't work for MDI (never have), but I am a transcriptionist.  I have a great job now, so no complaints there, but I know this industry as a whole is changing, and not in a good way.  I'm using my current job as a bridge to something better.  I work full time now and work on my education when I'm not transcribing.  I won't say that it's easy, because it's not, but what other choice do you have?  I'm also tired of working from home (it's not a perk for me).  I'll be happy to work outside again.  My opinion, yes, definitely go to school, and the sooner the better.
