Seems to me one way of coping (sm)

I always wondered if it would be worth it, for those MTs who just feel like they can't take the learning curve to get off of WP51, to get a copy of Word just for conversions. You know, type in WP51 and then bring it up in Word and save as a Word file.

OTOH, I was made to switch a few years back and though I thought it would be awful, it wasn't so bad. And I got Instant Text and imported my old PRD+ word list so I didn't miss too many keystrokes!

It seems like there are still a few MTSO's out there attached to it, though, so you may be able to find something. Good luck!

Running out of work again today. How are you all coping? (sm)

I have tried flexing and checking in every 10-15 minutes to get lines and then having to often make them up in the evening eating into another persons shift.

I have now picked up a PT flexible job that I do pretty much of an evening and my days off.  I just have to commit to lines, not hours.  Great gig.   I don't want to endanger this PT job because I have to flex all over the place to get lines with WMX.

How are you all managing the low work flow situation?
