paid based on production as well. It's such a drag! I had an annual exam done this week by an RN. I called today to get my results back and they couldn't figure out what tests I had done, where my chart was, etc. I also needed a referral and they said they would call me right back, which they never did. Thank goodness I have PPO insurance so I was able to schedule my own visit with a specialist. It's just so ridiculous that nobody has a few minutes to correct anything. It's as if they have no pride in their profession at all. It makes me wonder if I should be spending any time doing research as an MT. I will because I love my job, but gosh I could make a lot more money if I didn't give a rat's rump about patient care.
