I get nervous too but adjust my hours to workflow. It just seems more appropriate to ask Debbie directly because it does put the company in a bad light indirectly even if you aren't trashing the company. TT is a great place to work and everybody gets nervous but I think that if we put stuff like running out of work on this board it makes people wonder about it. However if things don't improve you do have to compensate in some way even if it means getting another job but I do feel more hopeful after Debbie's email. I need to pay bills too. If you didn't get the email contact Debbie for another one.
