At the beginning of the pay period we would get emails from CEO asking us all to work our scheduled shifts and days, but yet at the end of every pay period we would be running out of work on our scheduled shifts because some managers would be letting certain people work whenever they wanted or as much as they wanted.  We even had a conference call once where the topic of discussion was the CEO email and how some part-time workers were upset because they had other full-time jobs and so could only work when was convenient for them.  The account manager actually told one person who brought it up, "oh this doesn't apply to you."  Huh????  It seems like it would ESPECIALLY apply to them simply for the fact that they already had full-time jobs for their primary income.  They were coming on at the end of the pay period or working when ever it was convenient for them, and gobbling up all our work to supplement their income.  The last week of the pay period was a struggle just to make quota to keep our benefits.  And management who worked closely with the MTs did nothing about it.
