Thanks so much to all of you who answered. I am thinking of perhaps looking at TT as a second job (since they are flexible) sometime in the future... I am perhaps going to find another hospital position in the meantime as my main job. You are right. Family is first to me, and I need to stay flexible. If working 2 flexible jobs is the key that is what I will do. Thanks so much for your feedback!
