Sometimes I don't think we are that structured. It is very hard to run a transcription service. Sometimes we all feel very disorganized. BUT, I am so glad you called us STRUCTURED....

Mostly I agree with Connie
You can make a decent living at Transcend. I don't know about them being all that accomodating though if you don't like your account. I have found they expect you to know your stuff.
I, for one, am not a Beyond Text fan. It runs slow at times almost every day. That breaks up your rhythm and slows you down.
All in all, it is an okay place to work. The TL and ROM are always responsive and pleasant.
Health benefits are reasonable and they don't expect much to be considered full time or part time.
Like I said, an okay place to work. I think people who overly gush, Keystrokes people in particular, are probably owners posing as employees. Things have changed in this field, and as far as I am concerned, okay is about as good as you are going to get.
