Okay, thanks for letting us know!!!
Okay, thanks for letting us know!!!
Thanks for letting us know!
I happen to work for an excellent MTSO as an IC, never miss a paycheck, EVER. There are others not so lucky. If it were not for checking on this board, how on earth would we know who to trust? We need to keep each other informed. Great job!
Thank you for letting me know!
Thank you for letting us know! (sm)
Thanks for the information! I bet she is bombarded with people! Hope to hear something soon...
Thanks for letting me off the hook. nm
ex QA mgr lost her job for letting cat out of the bag...
and that is then I found another job as well.
Thanks for letting TT'ers know...
I have almost 40 years of experience and was quoted 4.5 cpl on editing, AND I have been with TT for a few years already. Now I know I have a bargaining edge since you are being paid 6.5 cpl. How in the world did you manage that? I would definitely try editing for that, with the incentives and all. So glad you posted this. I really do not want to leave the company.
Are you asking a question or just letting
just letting people out there
know a little more about the company. It was discussed that no one could find anything about the company and I made a post that could provide a starting point that was not speculative for someone's future search. Didn't mean to be smarmy at all.
Thanks for letting us know what you found out NM
I'm letting you know I found 3 companies who do this, see above..nm
I was just letting the OP know if they did not like Meditech there were options - nm
There are "ways" of letting the hospitals
Thanks for letting us MTs know, geez, so sorry this happened.
.They have ads running too. Thanks again, almost sent resume.
Interpro? Anything worth letting a new person know about?
Nah, even more work and the benefit of letting you make a
Mind letting the rest of us in on the conversation and let us know
at least the initals of the company? It is just maddening to be outside of a conversation. LOL.
They keep losing accounts and letting people go. nm
Thanks for letting me know..I'll look for the letter in the mail! (nm)
Wow .. thanks for letting me know. They bill themselves as a small, caring company. sm
The pay isn't much, but I was just going to use it to supplement my income while work is light at my regular job. So much for caring ... who needs their pitifully low offerings anyway? Bah humbug ... LOL
You can make up your lines whenever you like. Just drop them and email letting them know that you ar
Has she posted anything to that effect, or is she letting testing continue?
I dunno, this whole situation sounds a bit peculiar to me. I like to give everyone the benefit of a doubt, but this one just seems peculiar for some reason (or for several reasons).
I hope whoever bothered to test for this and landed it posts how their experience goes.
Any companies letting part-timers buy in on the health insurance? sm
Just wondering if there are any transcription companies where you can work 20 or 25 hours a week and get in on the health insurance plan even if you have to pay the whole premium yourself? Thanks
Whew - sounds like Webmedx dodged a bullet by letting you go. sm
You sound over-the-top dramatic! It is the Sloppiest trasncription rules I have ever seen - sic
Good luck somewhere else.
You are wasting your words on this or any site letting it bother you. The bashers will continue
to bash because they get pleasure from doing so.
What you need to do is do not read the threads. Bashers love to bash.
If you choose to read the threads, take it with a grain of salt and just let it go over your head.
You know the truth and an intelligent MT will go to the company for questions particularly when that company makes it clear in their ads that they can.
I just would not sweat it. Know that intelligence prevails in this industry and the smart ones will find out for themselves rather than read sour grapes or anything that resembles it.
Go relax and don't worry about it. Enjoy your day.
Congrats to both of you!
I'm glad you are both happy with your jobs. :)
Figured I'd say it.
thank you very much!!!!!!!
Congrats! :) I wish they had at least NM
let me know whether or not I passed the test or that they filled the position already! Oh well, I suppose it was good experience! :)
The good new is, I was offered a position with 2 other companies (Echo and The Word Pros) and was able to accept both as The Word Pros is a p.r.n. position (sort of like a temp agency--you take work only if you want to).
I hope you love it at PMSI!
Good luck in your new adventure.
You must have a wonderful account with a wonderful platform. Can't be MediTech, is it? You were lucky to get a good account with good dictators and easy platform. Right place at the right time. Think of the money you will be raking in:)
Been there for a month and i love it. I have plenty of work and everyone has been very helpful as I learn the accounts, etc. They expect a lot but they give a lot too! Good luck and welcome!
Would you mind e-mailing me with any info that you've been given. I'm not to that stage yet so until I get to talk with them some more I'm flying blind :(
Congrats to you!!!
I like to post non-critical questions on here as well. I hate to bug my supervisor unless I have to. I posted a question Sunday and got rude comments because of it. At the time, I didn't have my paperwork to look up an answer. I don't think there is anything wrong with asking questions here. That is what this board is for. I have asked my supervisor a ton of questions today and got very quick responses. I think people like to post rude comments because they either have nothing better to do or are just miserable in life. Who knows, maybe they hate their job and resent us for going after a better one. Anyway, post away. I don't mind answering anybody's questions if I know the answer and I definitely appreciate the answers I get on here! :)
Congratulations on the job!! Let us know how you feel WHEN YOU QUIT THIS ONE! LOL. Years ago, I was a regional manager for Transcend. They let me work my way up from at home Transcriptionist to QA to Transcription supervisor to Regional manager. At that time they were a great company to work for, especially since my local company was bought by them, and the transition was pretty good. I am not there now because I have kids and cannot travel anymore, plus I moved to a southern state where they did not have a presence then (no internet transcribing back then, only expensive long distance). If they are the same company as then, you should have a good career. Keep in touch with us, to let us know how it goes!
for getting out of the Q!
Congrats! Let us know how you do!
Congrats to you. Did you ask during sm
You're going to absolutely love working for MDI. No games, no hassles, great communication, and for the most part really decent dictators, too.
Congrats on getting on board... :-)
Do have any experience doing medical billing? I've been looking for July for a billing position to no avail. I have 33 years as an MT. Unfortunately I also live in a very rural, job-depressed area. Again congratulations and good luck!
Congrats to you!!!
See, good things always come to pass... and it has for you! Happy Holidays and congrats.
I believe you'll be very happy with your decision to go with MDI-MD. I just can't sing their praises loudly enough.
Welcome aboard :D
Too bad some unhappy MTs have to hit the Haterade so hard!! You go, girlies!!! Congrats....Gotta make the money!
Congrats to both of you
You are going to love it...welcome aboard! Sounds like you may well be on the account I'm on. Will you be on the Escription platform? If you're on the account I'm on, I think you'll enjoy it.
Congrats again :-)
You'll love it here, I promise!
Congratulations and welcome to the Keystrokes family. They are wonderful to work with and for. I am sure you will enjoy working with them.
Nothing to add, but I just accepted a position also. I start on the 18th, hopefully. I was told 12,000 lines per pay period minimum, but I am pretty sure we still have to work the entire shift, even if we meet our lines. I can usually do 1200 lines in 4 hours, so I guess I will make some extra money (provided there is plenty of work!)
