more realistic with 400 maybe being an exception and yes, it does stink! It is degrading to all in the industry who have been doing this for a long time. They should pay by the hour. I don't work unless it is by the hour so I guess if people keep accepting these low paying positions, more will think they can get away with it and run people like me out of the industry because I know I will not do it.
