Actually unfortunately they can terminate you by
just letting you know your services are no longer required.

She didn't say they terminate for that. Of course they don't! They will go out of their way
to be flexible and make it workable for both. I don't understand why everyone on this board always jumps to the most negative possible conclusion about companies. Jeez.
