Being that everything is controlled on the company end with no way for the MT to verify anything, you could draw a lot conclusions from this.

        SBC doesn't allow MTs. Many long distance providers don't anymore because of how many minutes - you go through.
        Actually, SBC does allow it. I had my line changed to a business line and talked with a sm - long-time MT
