chaos either. Management is not doing their job because they don't know now to do their job and we are suffering an immeasurable hell due to no fault of our own.

We need MT companies that are run by MTs. They blame the MTs because they are losing business because the quality just isn't there.

I say, it's because good management just isn't there. A company is only as good as its management and if that is lacking and the worker is being abused, neglected and under paid, everyone loses.
