I speak from experience - Its just a title. The other workers under them do all the leg work for them and then report back to them. Thats ridiculous!!! Chances are they don't have a bit of experience when it comes to transcription either. I know one supervisor who spent hours on the phone chatting away the day with other MTs about personal issues or just going out to the mall with her pager, for what?
