I worked for TRS before the merger, and now officially, my paychecks come from Transcend. I have not worked on their beyondTXT platform, as we stayed on our existing accounts, but so far from what I have seen, I have not had any problems. My primary account is very good with very clear dictators, but on a completely differnet platform and a completely different team.
