1000% right. Got the email and the name of the company was exactly right. Sorry to hear you had such a horrible time. You were right when you said they always blamed something else, i.e. the bank or the way of paying. This same company has caught a lot of flak on this board before. I really hate to hear this because I love my work. I so appreciate your email. Thanks!
