Look, I am just telling you that this is the direction that the VA contracts are all headed in. I have worked for several VA facilities over many years and they are all headed in this direction, and have actually gone to this. They have changed over to VBC when the contracts were rebid or taken over this year by new companies. You may not be billing this way now, but you will be in the future.
