Well, let me tell you what happens - sm

First you try to find a company that you think looks okay by their ad, TRY to get a few preliminary questions answered, take test after test after test for these places, only to find out that the pay is the same no matter what you tested at or they don't answer you at all or you get the job and find out it isn't right for you.

Don't give up this job until you find the right new one for you.

It is very discouraging out there.  I have over 20 years of experience and have been tested way too much only to find out I will get paid the same as a person with limited experience.  Very frustrating and makes me think less and less of these companies.

  • Usually a spelling test, a punctuation test, and maybe 3-6 test files to do. Sometimes done using - the Career Step automated test site. nm
