I guess it meant they wanted you to be able to figure out how to do things on your own rather than just regurgitate doctor's dictation, heck if I know. I have decided to leave them before I really get started. I have a hospital account I type for at home that I have been with for 14+ years and also a couple IC accounts. This was a psychiatric account and love that, but felt a disconnection from this company the moment I started.
