I have transcribed (straight transcription) consistently 300-350 lph for over 24 years.

I am now doing VR and average about 580 lines per hour editing. So, it really didn't double my line count. I enjoy VR as it gives my hands and wrists a break, but I would prefer to stick with straight transcription as it keeps my mind more active.

I find VR very boring and I have to take many breaks to re-energize my brain!!
