About 4 months or so ago, IMO Transcend was one of the few companies who had negative posts about them. I think until recently, they just didnt have too many. The negative posts seem to be from the same few, also IMO. I have been there for 4 months now. I really, really love it. I have had no problems there. I have 2 accounts and have work all the time. I get 8000 lines or more a week. The pay scale is great. My goal is to reach 20,000 per pay period. Anyway, we have been switched to a different platform that is VR and typing in one. you can edit on it, or you can transcribe on it. It takes a little to get used to it, but you will if you are determined to do it. There are many who will say it is horrible. I equate them with the transcriptionists who used to type on typewriters and then all of a sudden had to learn how to do it on computers. Every time there is a new software or updated way of doing our jobs, it throws a wrench in our way of doing things. But eventually you overcome it and do well.
I am sure that others will say run from Transcend. I say run to Transcend. They are a great company.
