She might have been out but if she called the office or e mailed, there probably would have been a solution. All you really have to do is leave the transnet up and work shows up, it may take a minute but it does IMO. Besides it might be making trouble, if the person did not talk to the office instead of going ahead and complaining on this board. What purpose does it serve to complain here, won't fix it will it? (rhetorical).
