First of all, I'm taking this with a grain of salt because I have absolutely NOT heard these things. But playing devil's advocate, why is it never a good sign that a QA position would be eliminated? Are you privy to the reasons why someone would be eliminated, or are you just hearing rumors or their version of the story? There are always at least two versions. Some people don't work their hours or whatever. Sometimes there actually are good reasons why people are eliminated, you know.

Still taking this with a grain of salt. There's absolutely no proof of accounts being discontinued or a QA position being discontinued.
