Then complaining because they can't afford reference books. Well sorry to say but working from home saves you gas, auto repairs, childcare, work clothes, lunch, etc. Find a way to invest in your career and purchase reference books and keep them updated. Start small and work your way up. Type 50 extra lines per day and set that money aside to purchase reference books.
