I get on in the morning, pretty early, and the work is from the night before and then in about an hour it is gone and I have to work on my secondary accounts. It is very strange!!

Depends on your STM - some let you know regularly sm
what is going on in the company; others don't seem to. As for the hiring, I hear it is only for night shift and a few accounts that need second shift coverage.
