There are tons of companies out there. Why are you accepting 6? Newbies are getting up to 8 to start, and they don't have to have graduated any particular school. I haven't made less than 7.75 since I graduated. I made 18 within three years because I searched until I found it. Accepting 6 for all that experience is just crazy.
