To each his own.  However, someone who hasn't worked at Transcend posts on here, asking questions about the company, possibly wanting to be hired by them.  Then certain MTs get on here and complain about the unfair way they are treated.  Someone posts that it is a great company and they make a lot of money and they are flamed by being accused of being a favorite.  So, you want to not argue and have your say without it being discussed, but someone has something positive to offer and they get flamed.  Now that IS unfair. 


I simply posted because I want people to know that there are MANY, MANY MTs that are happy at Transcend.  I want to offer another view point, the positive side.  How do you know that a new person will be treated unfairly?  I know searching through the archives about Transcend offers way more positive posts than negative.  Not many companies can profess that!


Also, why do you say for me to talk to management since I get along so well with them?  You have the same opportunity as I do to communicate your worries to them.  Why don't you talk to them instead of flaming the company with your personal issues?  I don't need to talk to management.  I am pleased with my job, my work, my management team.  You are the one having issues, you should be talking to them.  They are the ones that can fix it for  you, not this forum.
