You do have options though. I would keep pestering them. Make sure you try to transcribe other types of jobs in order to keep you supplied. you might have to rearrange a few hours here and there to keep you busy. Just make sure you say something. No one does anything for the quiet person because they cannot hear you. Good luck to you :)
