the best thing (i hate to say) is to just hold on and keep learning. it takes at least 2-3 years to feel comfortable with majority of the work.

dont worry about the seasoned mts. them not wanting the work (for whatever reasons) is a plus for you.

i've been only doing this for 4.5 years, but i tell you what, because a couple of seniors (18 and 19 years)refused to do certain worktypes, a lot of us underdogs beat them and qualified to work at home (they are still in the office).

so you know what, you hang, hang, and hang on.
