I'm with you! What are all these foreign doctors doing here anyway? There are plenty of American medical school grads looking for work and they should get first dibs. If you ever want to see messed-up hospitals, try the Baltimore area. How on earth did this happen? I kid you not. Hardly a one of them can speak English. Sorry, but you have to be able to speak English clearly and fluently if you are going to take care of me. If I want my caregiver to speak Hindi or Farsi I will move to India or Saudi. Just sayin.......
