Injustice makes me angry, and I find no joy in that. On the other hand, after months of striving to get a fair shake out of my own big national, I finally quit, landed a job with a local hospital with much better benefits and working conditions. So maybe she should just turn that anger/depresssion into a constructive job search. To each her own.
