I was also with them for about 1-1/2 years. I agree that the mass exodus is going on now. For example, in a matter of 2 days, there were 4 MTs in my group that quit. On my last day, I received an email that my account manager has given her notice also. I've never been happier since I left.

Who knows - SPi just may turn things around someday but for right now, they are going through a rough transition. I just don't have the energy to see it through.
