Hey there, I feel your pain. Problem is, so many of the companies out there are like what you describe going through above. Sounds like you are letting them get to you and you are taking it all way too seriously. You do sound like a very dedicated and hard worker as most MTs are. I think we have to develop a different approach. Your job is not your life, is not your family, its should not be your world. It should simply be an 8 hour day or whatever your hours are and thats it. When you're off don't give the job or any of the people a second thought. Don't wait to be thanked for the wonderful job you're doing, don't wait to feel appreciated and don't expect to get your pats on the back from your job. There is so much more to life than that. Just do your job to the best of your ability and certainly you can take pride in your own work. Appreciate yourself and your talents, feel good about yourself. People can only make you feel the way you let them. Don't take it all so seriously and please don't have a breakdown. Good luck to you and choose to be happy:)
