work more than one day for them like this if you are so adamant about it? Have you been working for a long time and just now have decided to turn them in? I agree if they are not treating you as an IC, that should stop. I just always wonder why folks work as ICs for these companies for an extended period and then all of a sudden they decide they have had enough and want to turn them in. If you were making a ton of money, transcribing good dictators, great reports, etc. etc would you be so hasty to even turn them in or would you just keep working, drawing a good paycheck, etc?

The IRS may just question you as to why you kept working for them knowing what they are doing is not right.
