It's true they advise you to clock out for any little thing so your line count won't be adversely affected by going to the bathroom or fetching a snack or whatever.  And yeah, that does make your work day longer.  I suppose it's a bit of a drag, but for me, the good outweighs the bad.  The time clock works to your advantage because you get bonuses based on your lph speed.

However, saying they watch every minute makes them sound petty, like they'll send you angry e-mails about a 20 minute break as opposed to a 10 minute break, and that's not true at all.  As long as you more or less work your schedule and get in 35 hours a week, you're fine.  I've found them to be pretty flexible, but different strokes, etc.
