I save everything anyway. I didn't come to my conclusion easily. But I am going to give it a chance. My post was mainly about my own attitude, which became less than professional, and that bothers me. It does seem at this point that T is not like the Q. But only time will tell. 1-2 years into this, if it takes that long, I should know whether I made the right decision or not. I am poised to move on at any point if necessary.
