pay cut?

Did I miss something? I haven't had my pay cut and haven't herd anything about that other than that the speech rec editors were gettng a tune up on their wage scale to bring them more in line, but I have heard nothing about an MT pay cut across the board at Acusis. Can someone enlighten me PLEASE???
