That would be from shifty Andy. That came after
the QA Manager made a boo-boo with an email and she let the cat out of the bag and all the employees thus found out about the offshoring. Needless to say that person is no longer the QA Manager. They replaced her with a total idiot!!! OSi rule #1...keep it simple and that is what their managers are "simple."
