I have actually encountered very few ESL's, which really surprised me. When I do get one, I just copy and past an old report into my document by that dictator and follow along, which helps a lot. Their names are scarrier than their bite, if you know what I mean. No problem making my line count. When they put you on such a huge account like that, it doesn't seem like they have you opened up to receive reports from all of them. Seems like they have you confined to a certain section, maybe, but I'm really not sure how they determine what comes in to you.
