I hear you. I have been on accounts that I can actually get lines with, get used to, develop a million shortcuts...only to be started on yet another account and have to basically start over. I have only complained twice. I believe my work to be good and have received compliments from the company. I am capable of doing 250+ lph, but get stuck on accounts pushing it back to 135-175 lph. What a joke after 8 hours of that pace. I, too, went through the archives and even worked for two companies at the same time before deciding. The other company was truly awful with pages and pages of specs and many precious, productive minutes wasted inputting and searching for patient demos. Agh. I think the grass may be green somewhere, any ideas?
