I think there is a thread re VR at MDI at the bottom of this page. You should have gotten an email from Don the same day as the owner's email which was a long list on how to be a more valuable MT for the company and at one point he does address that some accounts are going to VR. As I understand it this was the hospital system's decision and we could either go along with it or lose all the accounts in the system completely.

totally agree w/noname. Everything has changed sm
I've been here 9 years and Edix was great, Spheris not so. Hard to make line count now and I'm still on the old platform, insurance is absolutely the pits. A positive is that they provide the computer and I think the helpdesk has definitely improved.
