I get leary of someone who states they "know things for a fact", how DO you?  Not to say I am a big cheerleader for MQ AT ALL, but just maybe old here, but I would think with all the feds/atty's and everyone breathing down MQ's neck for just that same issue on the billing end, that they would not dare to use one of their "custom made software programs".  Isn't that what got them into some of their legal issues to begin with?
